Application Requirements

Letter of Intent
Cedula/Valid ID of building owner as QE Applicant
SPA from the building owner if application will be performed by a representative
Board Resolution authorizing application if applicant is public/private corp. or organization
Presentation of RE system by supplier and submit said documents together with the application as follows:
- Description of RE System
- Connection Point Location
- Connection Plan and Equipment Specifications
- Specification of PV in compliance to Resolution #9 series of 2013
- Specification of Grid-tie Inverter/Highbrid
- Test and commissioning Procedure
- Certificate of compliance to the International Standard of the product
- Proof of similar installation of RE Facility supplier
Certificate of Connection from OBO – Installation of RE Facility
Standard Electrical plan detailing the installation of RE Facility signed & sealed by PEE
Five year demand forecast based on 5 year historical data and other relevant information
