Please be advised that the delivery of electricity bills for the September 2026 billing cycle will start on September 22nd onwards.
This adjustment is being made in compliance with ERC Order No. 2026-048 MC to ensure accurate customer billing.
Please note that:
1. Meter reading will continue as scheduled.
2. Your bill’s due date will be automatically extended based on the actual date of bill delivery.
3. The ERC Order contained a computed reduction of 54% in the resulting average price for the Visayas Region if the Secondary Price Cap (SPC) is imposed on a per-region basis. 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫, 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭. In the same Order, the actual percentage reduction will still be determined after the issuance of the IEMOP of the Final Settlement Bill to each customer on September 20.
